Congrats for the work you have done! I think The newsletter is good, summarize well all the work that has been done. Just my view on Newsletter formatting: could be good to highlight the titles of each section (bold, bigger font) etc. I think it would make it more readable and help spot the different sections. Btw, is it possible to had the section titles in the timeline on the right for fast reference?
